[dropcap style=”square”]C[/dropcap]ompleted four years ago on a greenfield site, this house is not just the result of a well-thought-out vision but a story of a family’s life throughout the years. ‘We moved in at the end of summer, four years ago. It feels like just yesterday,’ homeowner Heather begins. The home is a spacious 2,600 square feet with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a playroom, pantry, and utility room. Remarkably, it was a 100% self-build, with Liam, an electrician, handling much of the work himself. ‘This is my husband’s hometown,’ Heather explains. ‘We didn’t have a contractual build as such; we did individual pieces ourselves, using tradespeople.’
