Here are some 2024 bathroom trends, from designs and colours to technology, that look set to continue into next year.

[dropcap style=”square”]T[/dropcap]here is a definite trend towards smaller bathrooms – in 2024 new homes are 27 per cent smaller than they were in 2016 so it is no wonder that people are looking at ways to maximise space in their homes and this is particularly relevant in the bathroom. A trick on the eye that interior designers use in small spaces is to try show as much of the floor as possible making the space feel bigger. In bathrooms this can be done by using wall hung vanity units. Another trick is to use a double vanity but only have countertop sink and tap to allow surface space. This helps make a small room feel quite luxurious.
