When owner Christina Foley set about building a home in Kenmare she knew she wanted to work with local builders and crafters to bring her vision for her contemporary townhouse to life.

[dropcap style=”square”]I[/dropcap]nterior design and interior architecture practice Sara Cosgrove Studio was approached by the owners of this new build Dublin home to personalise the interior, ensuring it reflected their personal style, while also offering practical storage and study solutions throughout. ‘The homeowners live overseas and we were working on this project during the pandemic as well, so we didn’t physically meet with them until the final handover. Up until this point everything was discussed and agreed via Zoom and Fedex!’ comments Sara Cosgrove. ‘There were added barriers of times zones and language, so this was a very unique process that required a lot of trust and faith, but it all worked out really well,’ Sara adds.
