Aisling Wilson, Creative Director of award-winning design studio Ash Wilson Design has revamped the living room of this mid-terrace Dublin home to create a cool, contemporary space for cosy, everyday living and entertaining guests.

[dropcap style=”square”]T[/dropcap]he owners of this property are a young, professional couple and they contacted me to revamp their new home in order to maximise the layouts throughout the house and better reflect their own personal taste,’ comments Aisling Wilson, Creative Director of Ash Wilson Design. Aisling goes on to say, ‘With this in mind, we opted for a style that combines an urban edge with Scandinavian fundamentals. As it was a new build, we wanted to transform the space and add character. The room also needed to offer versatility, it needed be the perfect set up for entertaining and also be the ideal place to get cosy and watch a movie.’
