A Whistle-Stop Tour Of Donegal
A long-overdue visit to Donegal gave Aoife Kelly the opportunity to immerse herself in all the nature and culture the county has to offer.
[dropcap style=”square”]H[/dropcap]aving missed the chance to visit Donegal 23 years ago for our honeymoon, I was well overdue a visit to this majestic county, so when a last minute opportunity to visit arose during the sunny weeks of June I jumped at it. With little time to plan and under the guide of my travelling companions, Magda and Marketa, I was headed to Errigal and Glenveagh National Park. With just two nights and three days at my disposal it was a whistle-stop tour of the northern part of the county.
