My Home: Derry~Londonderry

Derry girl Caoimhe Grant, founder of August Night Accessories shares her favourite spots from this vibrant and unique cultural city.

[dropcap style=”square”]I[/dropcap] am a fashion designer, originally from Derry but now based in Dublin. For 15 years I worked as John Rocha’s senior womenswear designer and subsequently worked with Simone Rocha at the outset of her career. In 2020 I began working on my own accessories label August Night Accessories (augustnight.ie) and formally launched it in March 2021. My products are designed and made in Dublin, but I get a lot of my inspiration from Derry and I work closely with a Derry creative team for my photoshoots.
