Paula McIntyre Paula trained as a chef and attended Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island on a scholarship to study culinary arts. She owned her own restaurant in Manchester before returning to Ireland in 1997. She broadcasts each week on the John Toal show on Radio Ulster, is a judge on the Radio 4 Food and Farming Awards, and a panellist on the Kitchen Cabinet on Radio 4. Paula also writes a weekly column in Farming Life.
