When Columba purchased this waterfront property in October 2014 it had been on the market for some time and was in need of total refurbishment. ‘When I viewed the house I immediately saw its potential. It felt like walking into a caravan at the time and only the ground floor was being utilised with 1,600sq. ft of garage space on the lower level unused. I knew I could create a modern home that would see this house sit proudly in this prime location for many more years to come. Let’s say I wanted to bring a bit of The Hamptons to Enniskillen.’
