Down by the Sea

[dropcap style=”square”]B[/dropcap]rendan and Debbie needed a home closer to their family owned restaurant, and when this house came up beside the sea in Howth, it was like a dream come true.

We had been on the look out for something a bit closer to our restaurant when we stumbled upon this house,’ explains Brendan. ‘We lived in Ballsbridge at the time and were having to commute back and forth and it occurred to us it would make for an easier life to live closer.

‘Living by the sea, let alone on a beach, was something I always wanted, so when this house came on the market we pounced on it. It was the perfect location for us, and although it required some work we were delighted with it.’
