[dropcap style=”square”]J[/dropcap]ennie found a home in Kildare that had perfect potential, and after a lot of hard work it is now a stunning family home filled with traditional stylings.

I have been in my home for a year now,’ says Jennie. ‘When we first saw it, it was in complete disrepair, but we could see that it had lots of potential. It was in the perfect location as well, 20 minutes from Dublin and halfway between where I’m from and where my husband is from. It’s in the country without being in the middle of nowhere! We didn’t hesitate and put an offer in instantly, not bothering to look at any more houses.’

When Jennie took on this home, she knew there would be a lot of work getting it to look and feel the way she wanted it too. ‘Everything needed gutted. We didn’t do any structural changes, but we did need to strip everything back.
