Orange is the Happiest Colour

[dropcap style=”square”]J[/dropcap]anuary temperatures are normally close to freezing and there is definitely no feeling of warmth in the garden. I find January a difficult month to get enthusiastic about the garden, however, one way to start warming up is to think about what plants will bloom later in the year. Orange is the warmest colour flowers you can plant in the garden. There are some who think that the colour is too strong or unnatural and may dominate the garden, however, it is the colour of nature, golden sunsets, crackling fires and pumpkins. Orange is a dominant, strong colour and is great for adding a bit of excitement and warmth to liven up any flower bed.
