[dropcap style=”square”]W[/dropcap]hen the owner of this comfortable Tudor style house in South Belfast decided it was time to update his home, the kitchen was the first area to be tackled. Previously featuring a welcoming but somewhat dated country style kitchen, the owner was clear in his mind that he wanted a modern, contemporary look. When a friend recommended Mode German Kitchens in Belfast, he met with owner and designer John Herron for inspiration and advice. ‘My fiancé and I visited Mode’s showroom and saw a design we really liked. John took it from there, planned it all and we just fell in love with it,’ says the homeowner.
