Sarah Boland owner of vegan burger bar V-Face reveals her favourite places in Ireland’s capital city.

[dropcap style=”square”]T[/dropcap]ell us a bit about yourself. I own V-Face, Dublin’s first vegan burger bar, which opened it’s first restaurant during the initial lockdown in 2020. With a degree in Visual Communications, I had been working in branding and graphic design before venturing into the very different world of hospitality. V-Face started out as a pop-up food truck in a bar in Stoneybatter, before moving to Dundrum Town Centre. We are due to open our second restaurant in Ranelagh this year.
