[dropcap style=”square”]I[/dropcap]nma bought this two-bedroom apartment in Dublin city for the great central location and the very unusual feature in apartment living; a small but pleasant little ground floor south-facing patio area, part of large enclosed interior courtyard.
‘The patio area was definitely one of the things that attracted me to this particular apartment’, says Inma. It is very quiet and private, with no street noise and it gets sun all day. The apartment itself was just an ordinary 1980s apartment, I knew that it would need work, but one of my closest friends in Dublin is Aurora Aleson, who is Spanish, as I am, and a great interior designer.’
